Notes

They will need 12 of our lunch tables down in the middle of the room.

They will use the ASB room and will need the window rolled up.

They are having a pot luck and will need garbage cans available.

They will put a banner up using blue tape and attaching it to the white boards on either side of the SMART BOARD at the back of the stage. Please have the curtains pulled back for them.
